Jimmy’s Stuff is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with tracking information and any available carrier claim process.

Please keep all packaging materials and photos of the damaged item and package if damage occurs during shipping. These may be required for a carrier claim.

Local Pickup
